ResagaPrivacy Policy

This policy explains what Resaga collects, why, and your choices.
What we collect
- Account data: email address, and optional profile details (name, age, gender, photo) you choose to add.
- Usage data: which episodes you play and how far you get, your lists, coin balance, unlocks, and subscription status.
- Purchase data: App Store transaction identifiers and product ids, processed through Apple and RevenueCat. We never see your payment card.
- Device and diagnostics: app version, device model, OS version, crash reports (Sentry) and performance data.
- Attribution and advertising data: with your permission under Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt, an advertising identifier used by AppsFlyer to measure which campaigns bring people to Resaga, and by Google AdMob to show rewarded video ads. If you decline, these tools still work without the identifier.
- Feedback: anything you send us through the in-app form or email.
Why we use it
To provide and secure the service, deliver the episodes you are entitled to, remember your progress, process purchases and refunds, show and limit ads, understand which marketing works, fix crashes, and respond to support requests.
Who we share it with
Service providers acting for us: Supabase (database and authentication), Cloudflare (media delivery), RevenueCat (subscriptions), Apple (payments), Google AdMob (ads), AppsFlyer (attribution), and Sentry (crash reports). We do not sell personal data. We may disclose data if required by law.
Retention
Account data is kept while your account exists. When you delete your account, personal data is removed; purchase records may be kept in de-identified form for accounting and fraud prevention.
Your choices
- Delete your account in Settings → Delete Account.
- Change ad tracking in iOS Settings → Privacy → Tracking.
- Request a copy or correction of your data at support@resaga.com.
Children
Resaga is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
